Marta Stroll, Broker Associate
CIPS, CRS, GRI, SRES
REB.0756681

The short and sweet version…

With over 17 years of experience, Marta has the honor of serving her clients in many ways. Some are first-time buyers while others have bought and sold several homes with her. New construction or tear-down, she works with builders and developers as well.

Marta earned her Bachelor’s degree in French and German from Fordham University and speaks Hungarian fluently. A resident of Greenwich since 1987, Marta grew up in neighboring Westchester County. Raising four children, she learned that flexibility and a good sense of humor can help in any situation! It also gave her great exposure to the excellent Greenwich Public Schools both as a parent and as a volunteer in many roles. Being involved, from design to finish, on several renovations of her own home gives her great insight into what it takes to make a house work for you.

Experience, drive, education, heart, and a high specialization in technology…

all the reasons Marta is consistently one of the top Greenwich Realtors.

Whether selling or buying a home, Marta Stroll is your consummate real estate professional.

Members who have met certain educational and professional requirements are eligible to apply for this designation. Annually, Certified Residential Specialists complete nearly twice as many transactions each year. Out of more than 1 million Realtors, less than 3% are Certified Residential Specialists.

CLHM – Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist – The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing exists to help buyers and sellers of luxury homes and estates find real estate professionals who specialize in the luxury home market and have completed extensive training to build additional competencies.
